NSHU has been given notice of closure in 2009
The Swedish Government has decided to give The Swedish Agency for Networks and Cooperation in Higher Education notice of closure.
The agency will be shut down by the end of 2008. This year's budget has been reduced with 20 million SEK.
The closure does not concern the Swedish Net University, however an inquiry will recommend how the Net University will be organised in the future.
Report from Australia
NSHU:s International Committee have done several study trips abroad. This time they have been to Australia and gathered impressions on their work in developing higher education.
